Following consultations on several Transport Management proposals, objections & concerns have been received to the following:

The agenda for the decisions meeting has now been finalised and the proposals will be presented to the Cabinet Member for Transport Management at a public meeting at 10am on Tuesday 24th June 2025. Attending the Meeting and Making Representations
If you wish to attend this meeting in person OR address the meeting (either verbally or via written submission), you must contact the Committee Officer by 9am four working days before the meeting i.e. Thursday 19th June The relevant committee Officer will then advise if you can be accommodated at this meeting:
- Requests to speak should be sent to committeesdemocraticservices@Oxfordshire.gov.uk
- A written copy of your statement should be provided no later than two working days before the meeting (i.e. 9am Friday 20th June).
- Where a meeting is either “virtual” or “hybrid” (i.e., attendance can be either in person or virtual), and the addressee is unable to participate remotely, their written submission will be accepted.
- Written submissions should be no longer than one side of an A4 sheet of paper
Replies to Objections to Proposals
Each response to a consultation will have been reviewed and appraised by County Council Officers and will be included in the report that will be presented to the Cabinet Member for Transport Management. However, it may be that you will not have received a reply to your response. Any responses that were unable to be included within the report will have been appraised by Officers and will be presented verbally during the meeting if necessary.

The final decisions made at the meeting, as well as the official minutes will be made available on the specific meetings page (see link above) in the days following the meeting.
