Thanks to all involved in the wonderful lighting of the beacon in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The Community Choir sang the piece that was written for the Jubilee, ”Song for the Commonwealth”. The bugle call ”Majesty” then led to the lighting of the beacon followed by God Save the Queen. It was a very special celebration!
