Appleton with Eaton will be participating in the
National Moment of Reflection on Sunday the 18th September at 8pm.
Villagers will be welcomed to join together at St Laurence Church to share the minute’s silence.
On Sunday the Church will be open from 9am and will close at 8:15pm after the moment of reflection.
The 10.00 am service on Sunday morning will include reflections on HM The Queen’s life.
The possibility of live streaming the funeral service in the Church on Monday has been discussed but as, including the before and after, this could go on for a long time, it is thought that people will prefer to watch in the comfort of their own homes or with neighbours and friends.
